Appearance
Pale yellow in colour, with a light golden sheen.
Nose
Lightly smoky, with hints of spice and fruit and flashes of minerality.
Palate
Medium-bodied, balancing smoke with saline notes, pepper and a subtle background of cooked agave. The finish is moderately short, with a sweet, earthy touch.
